Jennifer Mestayer (Med-E-A) is a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. She graduated from Texas State University where she studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college Jennifer was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with her husband, Scott. They have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle.  

Jennifer began her real estate career in 2015 and specializes in helping buyers and sellers in the Cypress and Northwest areas of Houston.  Jennifer loves to serve her clients by educating them on the process of purchasing or selling a home.  Jennifer is an excellent communicator and has set herself apart by being a patient Realtor, listening and putting her client’s needs first, always without pressure. 

Providing home buyers and sellers with an effective game plan based on the client’s individual needs and desires is her main focus.  Jennifer is committed to making sure her clients feel comfortable, informed, and relaxed in what can be a stressful time.

Family is very important to her and family happens at HOME. So, no matter if it is a new couple looking for their first home or a family looking for their forever home...helping families find their way home is a JOY for Jennifer!
